Referral Marketing Disclosure
Last updated: October 2026
You should know how Tearboard Pest Control works and how we get paid. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What Tearboard Pest Control Is
Tearboard Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not perform general pest control, termite treatment, rodent control, wildlife removal, exclusion or any other pest service.
When you call the number on this site or submit a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.
Where Our Pay Comes From
Tearboard Pest Control may be paid by providers or marketing partners for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment can depend on factors such as call length or whether a call is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.
This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.
Providers Run Their Own Businesses
Providers are independent. They are not employees, agents or partners of Tearboard Pest Control. Each one is solely responsible for:
- Its estimates, pricing and terms
- The products and methods it uses
- The quality and timing of its work
- Its licenses, permits and insurance
- How it communicates and behaves with you
A connection to a provider is not an endorsement or a guarantee of their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that time.
The Decision Is Yours
You have no obligation to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.
Call Recording
Calls made through this site may be tracked. In some cases they are recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
